Why Cash on Controversies?

Why Cash on Controversies?

The political speech of MQM leader Altaf Hussain came as a surprise with a dash of hilarity especially as the mention of Quiad-e-Azam became annoyingly unnecessary. People across the country lashed back as soon as Altaf Hussain began to draw parallels between the founder of Pakistan and himself and that, on the grounds of British nationality.

Let me not go the part where I praise our exceptional leader; whose character, endeavor and shrewdness has always made us proud, instead allow me to question why was there any need felt to bring in a leader of such a high  stature as Jinnah, to justify your own political ends.

Is Jinnah or his circumstances in any way comparable to any one and least Mr. Altaf Hussain? Even if they are, the hilarity lies in the basis of comparison. Did Jinnah keep a British passport or a Pakistani passport? Any views on it? Anyone? Yes, Jinnah had a British passport. WHY? Because there was no Pakistani passport then. Duh. Oh no. Jinnah could have had a Pakistani Passport. How? No one knows. Comparison?  Jinnah’s British passport was a compulsion. Mr. Altaf Hussain’s British passport is a choice. Right. Point of comparison? No point at all.

Was that the political Drone? Yes. How? Just like that.

Even though Jinnah has been often brought into controversies for his  British aristocracy and earlier lifestyle choices but wait If anyone from our political arena attempts to draw parallels between himself and Jinnah..will we put up with it? No..we would slight it and laugh it off.

very very bad and highly irresponsible statement by the Altaf… He should be called in to ask very basic questions about Pakistan… i am sure that person even dont know about it…. very very mean statement by him…

Can the plumes of a Peacock embellish the black Raven adorning it?

The write-up reminded me of what my English professor in England used sarcastically to deride those deluded, deranged persons fantasizing their eminence, arrogating themselves with Crown, Class and Caliber in their stupor.

“A Fly sat on the axle tree of a Chariot wheel and said ‘What a dust do I raise!!!!”.

    Madiha,
If you want to ignore or intentionally misinterpret that is a different story, but let’s clarify one thing here. Quaid-e-Azam is our Father of the Nation and we CAN use our forefathers to explain things better. Secondly, the issue is not that Quaid-e-azam had to take the Oath in those circumstances, the issue is that the Dual Nationals do have to take Oath to other countries, but it MUST not interpret as they are not patriotic. People never had issue when a leader claims the next elections of Pakistan as “Jung-e-Auhad” but have issue when using Quaid-e-Azam to make a point that taking Oath under circumstance does not make them less patriotic.
Last but not least, the circumstances in which Altaf Hussain left the country must not be ignored. 15000 of the workers and leader of MQM were cold bloodedly murdered. He and hundreds of thousands of people had to take refuge in other countries. One can live for a little while on a visit visa but then had very few options to stay for longer period of times BUT IT DOES NOT MAKE THEM LESS PATRIOTIC OR ANTI PAKISTAN.

The so called persons like Altaf Hussain whose capital intellect is very poor do not deserve our attentions. However considering his political clout owing to extremely emotional sentiments of Karachietes he needs to condemned, cursed and ousted politically. He is the one who speak hatred, is a salve of his own vested interests, have a rich history of going back on his words, killing his own men and aides, resort to the tactics of agitation and terrorism are some of the many evils this persons have give rise to. I am sure a time will come when people of Karachi will stand against him and his cohorts.

Only a word for Altaf – JOKER, one word for his followers – CLOWNS and only one word for MQM – OPPORTUNIST.

The problem here is no one is neutral and everybody who is commenting or writing about Altaf is also belongs to or part of some other stupid politicians. Even our news anchors or writers or authors all are biased. If you are true pakistani or you really love pakistan then do something different to get rid of all parties who are basically doing nothing except to help Pak to sink more and more….

“The political speech of MQM leader Altaf Hussain came as a [NO] surprise with a dash of hilarity “….. A U-turn in such a short time – thank you for confirming what most of us already knew would happen – Mr AH…hhh. Should one expect any lesser performance from the great comic thespian?

Just as well it was Scotland Yard carrying out the raids and not Pakistan Police. I guess now Mr Pir has doubts about tge British judiciary too – perhaps judges and investigators from Mars for his case?!

Sincerely sorry for the political idealists of MQM – hopefully they will beable to find a leader within Pakistan who is lso popular across Pakistan.
